Customer PO Number currently (in Sage 500 ERP) is only 15 characters maximum. This needs to be increased. Why limit it to only 15 characters, anyway? Customers often submit PO's with PO numbers that are longer than 15. I suggest increasing the length to 25 or 30 characters. PLEASE?

I agree. With international customers, the PO has to be in the PO field, and it does not have enough room.
I think this is a good idea. Keep in mind that to do it properly requires at least 30 table changes, plus any associated procedure changes. Not impossible by any means, but it is not as small as one might think. This issue has been entered into our internal system for consideration in a future release.
