Right now, there's no where to enter "sold date" except in the generic notes. It would be nice to be able to track this.

If they aren't already being used for another purpose, your Supervisor account can go in and repurpose the User Def1 or User Def2 fields to be the Sold Date, including changing the field description and data type. Only Supervisor can do this by hitting F7 when the cursor in is that field, which brings up the Field Properties dialog box.
