Subcontracts currently require Job Phase to be entered into the header of the record, forcing a different subcontract record for each phase of a job. It would be better if Phase was part of the subcontract line item record allowing multiple phases to be included in one subcontract.

I agree! Managing subcontracts are currently very frustrating and time-consuming without this feature
Yes, moving the phase down to the grid on subcontracts, change orders, and PO's would allow customer (and developers for entire neighborhoods) track costs per phase (lot)
Definitely need this feature!
We are issuing what should be a change order to a new phase to current subcontracts, but in sage we have to create entirely new subcontracts for this. Makes it really hard to track. Subcontract lines should be tied to phases (allowing for multiple phases in 1 subcontract) rather than the entire subcontract being tied to just 1 phase.
I'm curious how many Votes are needed for these items to proceed. I see a lot of total votes for this feature in subcontracts, change orders and PO's. this would save a alot of time and paper work on the PM, vendor, sub, admin and field.
I agree this should be updated to allow the phase to be accessed in all areas of the job, including the budget. Entering the budget, change order, subcontracts, PO's invoices by phase is not ideal.
