When emailing Quotes and Invoices to customers:
1) Sage 100 should pick or provide a list of customer email contacts to choose from and populate the email To: field. ie, the email should automatically go to the customer email on file with the option to correct it in Outlook.
2) You should be able to type a different default message to display in the mail program for Invoices, Quotations, Credit memos, Statements, etc rather than typing the same thing every time.
Both of these features have always been available in QuickBooks and are very convenient.

We are just coming off QuickBooks and are frustrated with this as well.
Coming from a system that provided you a pop up window to select the email address, this is now a pain to have to figure out the email address to send an invoice.
