The budget tab on change order (6-4-1) should update the job budget to reflect the increase or decrease in budget when it is approved.

  • it already does affect the budget! you better check your data entry, there must be something else missing

  • It does change it when you change the status to Approved. Email me to discuss at adiaz@midwesternmasonry.com if needed.

  • After the update- it updates the budget in the committed cost report immediately regardless of the status. However, we currently enter our change orders in the take off rather than the 6-4-1 screen since CO screen doesn't allow us to enter in assemblies.
