I want to be able to email attachments and forms directly from Sage. I just converted over from Quickbooks and on any form I could email the form and any attachment that I attached to that form. Specifically, I am wanting to email my RFI and attachments on screen 6-11-2 as RFI always have some kind of documentation that needs clarification.

  • Absolutely - This is so necessary! Would also be nice to be able to create a default message for each of the forms rather than being required to re-type the same message everytime you email a form. This feature was also available in Quickbooks

  • Yes, the current work around is time consuming and cumbersome. You currently have all your attachments in the Work Order, you need to be able to email directly from Sage the desired attachments.

  • We need to be able to email the SSO service reports saved as attachments when the invoice is created from the 11-2 screen. We can email the SSO report directly from the SSO program; however it needs to also be sent as part of the billing process. Please fix this.

  • Several of my customers are requesting this feature. They need to be able to print/email attachments with the originating document.

  • Agreed! It would also be nice if any email you send out directly from Sage saves a copy of that email in that area's attachments, so that the outgoing emails (such as RFI's) are all within the RFI itself, etc. No need to jump back into Outlook to drag and drop from your sent folder.
