Sage 100 Contractor: Today we are having large problems with 19.3 on the accounts payable we receive the health insurance invoice on july 20 due the same day but posted to August since it for August this there way. If the payment does not arrive that late frrs and interest charges accure. The way you had it set up before that posted a check before the due date flagged and you told it ok. Then the bank had the check when due. Your bank rec would be correct not you have a July check posted to August and this is not working because the bank has cashed the check in july and it does not show in July it shows in August and it lead you to believe you have more money in July than you have. This would mean we would have to make journal entries to put the payment in July but your system does not like that. Can you please put it back the way it was!

Accounts Payable check due before the General Ledger month Account Payable general ledger month is posted to August but must be paid like a COD that will be invoiced after the check is received.
