You should be able to modify the Job # with a dash or version # to show that it is a revision.
Example: Job #149300
Job #149300v2 (or) 149300-2 (or) 149300.2
Job #149300v3 (or) 149300-3 (or) 149300.3
We need to have record of each and every take-off, our customers may choose to go with the original #149300 or one of the other versions.
