There has to be a way to create financial statements in this software without having a degree in computer coding. The financial statements that are offered in this software are useless as the software turns a normal 1 page statement into 4 pages or sometimes even 10 pages. The statements within the software make it impossible to review and look for trends, overages, comparisons, etc. We are into our 8th month of using this software and I am preparing my statements by hand every month. This is 2014 isn't it?

The financial report at menu 2-8 is nothing more than the balance sheet 2-2 and the Income Statement 2-3 (except that you can combine company data in that menu only). Don't waste your time doing them manually. Just run the individual reports
I agree with the comments about too much white space. A different accounting s/w for my $18M company yields a 2-page P&L. Sage prints a 4-page P&L for my other $3M company! Streamline the income statement (and please add the checkbox option to print account numbers like you offer for the balance sheet).
