This feature would save time by not having to search & input an email address, as well as help to avoid the potential of selecting a wrong email address

  • In addition, the ability to rename the attachment at the time of sending would be helpful. The long non-descriptive filename given to the invoice at send does not tell the client what is being attached. We like to name our invoices with the job# and invoice# giving the client full indication that the attachment is the invoice for the project

  • Even if the name of the pdf was just "invoice" instead of "published report...."

  • Or have a separate tab like in AP where we can check and put in email address (or multiple email addresses would be great)and then print all invoices at one time like you do when you cut checks. Can see those that get electronic statements and print/email those and then print the invoices that get mailed.

  • It Would be nice to be able to email invoice customer with attachment and then send just the invoice to another email. FOR EXAMPLE: Maintenance department needs Inspection report that we attach but the invoice needs to go to corporate customer under a separate email.

  • Would be nice if you could make the line say whatever you want. Like ... Billing Invoice from "Company Name" invoice number

  • It would be great to have the ability to send an invoice and statement to multiple email addresses at the same time. We are a residential remodeling company and I like to email invoices and statements to both spouses/partners and they usually do not have the same email address. Also need to be able to easily change the name of the attachment so they know what they are receiving.

  • Excellent suggestion. It's very frustrating to not have some of these rudimentary functions within the app. Truly, the system knows which client is associated with the 3-2 (although if there are multiple emails, the system wouldn't know which one to send to). However, more frustrating for me is the fact that the system doesn't allow the user to create a DEFAULT SUBJECT LINE or a DEFAULT MESSAGE. It's 2023 and this functionality has been available for decades!

  • Just wanted to add to a prior comment... While it's true that there are multiple emails associated with the AR account, at a very minimum, those emails should be front and center so that the user can easily select them rather than force the user to dig. In addition (and somewhat related to this post), Sage needs to provide a way for the user to send an email to a client, then allow the client to simply click a link to pay. This would solve sooooooo many problams. It's the year 2024 and how is this not an option since decade ago?
