Being able to merge one or more client profiles together in order to consolidate service history, job history and location history under one client. We have situations all the time where a Job was done under one spelling of a client, and a service record is created under another spelling. Or a Job was completed under a contractors name, and the new homeowner becomes a service customer. Or a client moves to a property sold to them by a different client who will no longer be a customer. There are many reasons to wish to merge client profiles and consolidate all the information together.

This would also be similar for 2 vendors - it would be great to merge either clients or vendors.
Amen to this merging. We have users that are confused and set duplicate clients up. We need to merge in order to correct for user errors. Also we have been using this software since 2003 and merging will allow for a nice clean up.
FYI: you can just re-assign the client # at each job menu 3-5 and then remove the client that was a duplicate from 3-6. Unless you're using the service module, then its more complicated. If you have a lot of changes you want to make, reach out to your Certified Consultant and request a data repair
AGREE - merging vendors and/or customers is a great idea!! We have different departments entering customers and often times they are mis-spelled and we end up with 2 or 3 customers who are one in the same.... ex: Schaeffer, Schaffer, Shaffer!!
