The New Alaska Certified Payroll Report Needs Fixed. It doesn't populate like the prior report that we have been using. Requires information that doesn't apply if you are not a owner/operator. This new report also doesn't include the domicile address which is required, just grabs the address that is listed in order to mail a payroll check. The State of Alaska does not accept PO Boxes.

  • I agree this is a HOT issue and someone needs to look closely at the report requirements for the State of Alaska and what is in SAGE and what Aatrix is pulling also. Has anyone found a good work-around on this or did you all have to modify your reports to get it to do what you need? The Aatrix report pulls the job name from the short name field and doesn't pull the domicile address also it doesn't pull the contract amount or contract start date. HELP!

  • Also we have been instructed from the State of Alaska to stop using the statement of compliance page (final page) that is produced by Sage as it does not exactly meet their form. I have gone over it very closely and verbiage is about 99.9% correct and the formatting is a little off. So we have to run the report out of Sage, trash the last page and fill out the statement of compliance from the SOA. What a pain. Also it would be nice if there was somewhere that will prepopulate the boxes that ask for contractor/sub on the first page and for questions 6 & 7 on the statement of compliance (even though we cannot use it at this time). All of that information could already be dealt with when setting up the job in 3-5.
