A workorder that is not completed but employee has gone out on job, I would like it to show up on the dispatch board as unassigned so that anyone can go out on it. I need to be able to unassign a workorder after someone else has been there already so that they can finish up on the job.

• When it is moved to unassigned the hours are lost on the work ticket. There needs to be a way to move the ticket to an uncompleted column without losing past tech name and times.

• At the very least another category could be added as "Incomplete".
