I need to show my clients on a regular basis how complete each task is. We typically have a job site meeting every 2 weeks and at that meeting I present an adjusted schedule. Currently we are not able to show how much each task is complete.
This lets the customer know how far ahead of schedule or behind schedule each task is. It also lets the project manager look at every task to see where they are in the process.
