My alerts manager wasn't working til now and now I am getting old alert queries that I don't have created anymore and my new queries I am not receiving. Managing alerts by a computer is not practical. If the original computer breaks down how can I move to have control of the alerts from another computer. It says I can but I can't. This Alerts Manager needs serious improvement.

Its hard to tell if its working. I'm getting alerts that don't make sense. Its difficult to create new alerts that would be REALLY useful, i.e. when a new change order is created.
