It is critical and urgent that we be able to access an audit trail report that shows the activity of users and be able to tell who and when transactions were entered, changed, voided, etc. This is critical to be able to provide internal control for our companies and allows us to watch over our businesses. QuickBooks has a great audit trail report. Since it is one of the things that Sage 100 contractor states that it will do.....provide and audit trail, a report that will allow us to access the information is critical. Otherwise, the audit trail doesn't really help us that much.

Agreed this is critical. Too many times I find an entry error in a screen, and can't tell who made the errors, so I can't communicate to prevent the problem without contacting all staff, which is not efficient.
this is something many of us need. I'm dealing with a bank rec where the starting balance is different from the last bank rec. The numbers changed over a 2 week period and currently there is no report to run to find these items or a report to list transactions modified during a time frame. Even 3 Sage reps couldn't help me.
This would be of great use for our management team. We find errors but cannot locate whom made the error in order to retrain.
This is already possible.
This is achieved by going to the VIEW MENU - RECORD HISTORY....then you can drill down into any change, by selecting the "BLUE ARROW" and it will show you the exact details for that HISTORY.
