The first time that we performed an update with Sage, the employee pay groups were randomly changed during the update. All the employee files were manually checked and corrected. The second error occurred on or about the middle of August and the software decided to randomly change the birthdates of 5 employees. The error was not caught until the middle of September and now employees are burdened with 5 weeks of CPP being deducted from their weekly cheque. The software is not reliable and is very unstable.
