Just wondering if anyone has had any changes, answers or results from this webpage?

There should be a direct contact person from Sage to respond to all/every post. This is called Good Customer Service. It looks right now that these posts are going to (The Cloud, The Web, Customer Service, ?). The Web or The Customer Service Department never responds to people. People respond to People.
One day a person is going to write a good construction accounting package, completely open-source, and give it away...like Linux. Then Sage and all the other "old" software companies will die like Blockbuster and Circuit City, or evolve like IBM did.
I haven't had a single one. Every time I ask the "chat" helpers about an issue, they tell me there's a "workaround" and to go make a product enhancement request. Though absolutely nothing has ever come from those requests.
I am learning a lot about how much DOESN'T work in this program as I read through all of the User issues. And, it doesn't feel any better that other people have the same problems that I do. This forum shouldn't resemble a 12 step program!
There should be some type of response from the company regarding the issues that are posted due to the fact when calling in for help issues you are told to post here. Was told today to post here because this is checked daily and monitored for issues.
Sage could address this by making the data "ODBC". (i.e. "Open Data Base Compliant"). Sage has this functionality with other software products. It allows Microsoft office and other 3rd party software to pull data into a spreadsheet in a table format. It is then be easy to "refresh" the data by one keystroke.
Without this we are forced to export a report with page breaks and all headings into a spreadsheet. It has been a big step backwards for me.
