In construction certificates of insurance are needed by job. There is no place to enter it by job only in the vendor client screen per vendor and not by job.

  • This could be a tab added to the Subcontract or PO. This is very needed. There is no way to track licenses or certs for a job. To do it by vendor is a mess and not practical. If a vendor has current certs for one job and missing them on another it unnecessarily warns or stops pay.

  • I have been using the "Certificates" Tab in the AP Vendor screen to track EVERYTHING for years. I agree this is much needed in Construction to be able to track by job - not just vendors.
