When in the 1-2 Screen and I want to post Open Work Orders, I click on Post, the click Multiple Records. The list shown does not include all the Unposted Open Work Order. It contains some of them, but not all so I have to search record by record for the Work Order I need to post.

I think Amy meant 11-2 Work orders. And what we would like is the option to select all, or sort by another column so the ones we want are grouped together, OR have a selection criteria option to select a range of record #s, or a specific client #, etc. Clicking on every work order to post it, takes a very long time as we have hundreds every day
