For historical purposes, should be able to enter a $0.00 AP invoice, especially if it has attachments.

If it is a zero invoice, change the status to paid and it will allow you to save it.
But be warned if you post an invoice with a value as paid it will not hit your GL. This feature is intended for entering historical records after an implementation.
You can enter a historical 0.00 AP invoice if you save it with Paid status. This entry will not be posted to the GL.
