We type our quotes and proposals in the Service Receivable Module. This allows us to keep a list of quotes/proposals we need to follow up on. It would help when creating a document in the Service Receivable module or any module with a note field that it formated more like a word document. To be able to bullet/number, tab and space information would create a more professional looking document. Currently when you manually number items, the second line will not indent...even if you enter spaces.

  • the word processing features of the notes fields are not robust. We yearn for a wrap text feature to keep the notes from spilling into adjacent numbers columns

  • You can not cut and paste into the notes area from a word document, you have to edit each line. Very time consuming and not profitable.

  • Give us Word or Excel features in the Notes box in order to create a professional format that is quicker and save paper.
