Our company deals with several items that we need to have accessible on the Project Dates and Sales Information tab.
We have over 18 items that we need to keep track of on this screen. We need to keep track of dates where we applied for permits, when we received them, and the permit numbers, as well as when we request drawings, when we receive drawings, when we submitted a job, when we began work, when we ended work and all the testing dates involved and many more.
There seems to be a lot of space on this screen that could be utilized and for our company, these are necessary. We also need the ability to control the types of information that go inside the fields, so having no preset format would be necessary as we may have dates, numbers, numbers and alpha texts to go in these fields.

agreed, we need more fields to record data by job
Would be very helpful to have more "user defined" fields in the Job Screen. Every business need to track a variety of things that are not on the screen.
agreed, we need more fields on Job Record to be able to track more items, and customize reports. For example, the information of Pre-lien information is in a different table and when I customize templates (like lien waivers, which is on AP table)the owner's name function won't work. Tables don't communicate with each other.
