It would be nice to see upcoming work further than 1 week. Also most of my customers are trying to schedule out a week to two weeks out, is a real pain on this system. I still end up using paper to schedule. We spent a lot of money on a system that is lacking a lot.

I schedule planned seasonal maintenance and this could be anywhere from one month to 6 months out. Its extremely difficult to plan ahead when you only have a week view of your technicians. I am resorting to a manual calendar that i update on my desk.
