I have to combine 3 union reports to find what I have to report each month. The reports need to be modifiable so we can customize them the way we need to. I need to show hours per employee, employer paid and employee paid benefits PER employee PER Zone (as each Zone has a separate wage scale and benefit package). I've even called and had asked the report guy with Practical Software (whom we pay a lot of money) to create one and he can't even do it. We really need to be able to modify reports easier.

AGREE! Union reports should all be modifiable for each business to tailor to their union-specific needs.
