Purchase Orders 06-06-01 (Invoice Tab) ERROR Voided invoices should not be included in Invoice Total and balance due

Purchase Order 06-06-01 [Invoice Tab] The invoice total and Balance should not include Voided invoices (status 5) . Voided invoices are not part of the invoice total billed or the balance due.
Please fix this error

  • Is there a reason that this error can not be corrected. SAGE support told me that software designers do not think like software users. Please correct this error.

  • Please correct this error. Its still happening and it 1/8/18. We cannot rely on the system if it is pulling inaccurate information.
