This is to clean the A/R client statement so when a client receives their statement they do not have to question the entries. You are able to delete this type of entry in all the other applications not sure why you are not able to in this area.

Enter a -0- Cash Receipt and in the grid lines select both the invoice and the credit (negative entry) and save. This will clear the positive and negative against each other (equals -0-) and change status to 'paid'.
