In Progress Billing (3-7) it would be much more helpful if what is entered under the "Description" column would transfer to the invoice (3-2) description column, which in turn would also show up in the receipts screen (3-3-1). We need more description other than "Progress Billing 1".

  • I agree. We used to be able to edit the description in the 3-2 grid, now we can't.

  • Yes, please! When I look at invoices in a job record, I want to see the progress billing percentages and "thru CO xx". Right now I have to go into every posted invoice & change the description. If it carried over from the Progress Billing record, it would save time!

  • While you're at it, please fill in the Client PO# when posting from 3-7 to 3-2. Right now I have to manually enter that too.
