The statement at 5-3-2 maximum wage column, that this "applies to the states of New York and Ohio only" is FALSE. In California, corporate officers actually DO have a payroll maximum upon which workers compensation is calculated. But for some reason, Sage has determined that this 'maximum wage' column does not actually mean 'maximum wage' in California, and therefore IGNORES the maximum wage which has been entered!
So here's my idea: Make the MAXIMUM WAGE column actually MEAN maximum wage!
