It would be a great feature to be able to email customer's statements. So may people are getting away from paper and emailing would be a preferred option as more and more people are requesting everything be electronic.

Would eliminate mailing 400 or so statements every month- printing/folding/envelopes/postage
Have the contact person's email address linked to the statement so one click automatically attaches the statement to a prefilled email address rather than having to save the document in pdf, then attach to an email, or manually key in the email address.
It is unacceptable that Sage 100 cannot email client statements all at once. This was possible in Sage 50. Currently I have to make them into a individual PDFs and send them out through Microsoft Outlook. It is time consuming and not cost effective at all.
Would be nice if there was a place in the customer profile that you could tell the system you would like the statements emailed, that way you don't have to go into every customer that is overdue and email them separately. If there is an email address in a certain field and a box is check and you run statements if should just automatically email them and then print the rest ??
We are a construction/maintenance company, so we have high volume recurring AR. When I worked for a golf club with 600+ members (clients in this case), our software easily e-mailed clients that preferred emailed statements (signified by a field in the client profile), and printed statements for clients marked with the "print" criteria. Our receivables department is wasting a lot of time and efficiency having to do as the other users explain above, printing all then scanning into pdfs to email their list of "email" clients. We would benefit greatly from an update resolving this issue!
Sage 100 programmers, please figure out a way to allow your clients to email statements and invoices to customers. It would greatly improve your clients efficiency and postage costs. Paperless systems are the wave of the future. Sage 100 has a little catching up to do! Thank you for listening and look forward seeing this improvement in the future.
It would benefit us to be able to email invoices to our customers which prefer that option. As it is now, it's extremely time consuming. Please help us resolve this issue.

100% agree. When you print client statements from the 3-4 window, there should be an option to automatically email all printed statements to the customer contact.
