We need help managing and scheduling our manpower and equipment resources. We should be able to assign resources to a dept and then have a calendar that we can schedule jobs and assign those resources to. Looking at all the jobs we are managing at once vs job by job as the current scheduler allows is what we need.

This is one of the hardest things in our job....
