The ACA report (5-4-3-21) needs to have a maximum of 130 monthly hours instead of 120 hours per month. An option that will allow the user to change this number could also be beneficial in case this number changes in the future.
Calculation method:
30 hrs per week * 52 weeks per year = 1,560 hours per year to be full time
1,560 hours per year to be full time / 12 Months per year = 130 Hrs per month

Also it would be good if you could break this report down by each union and non-union. For unions that supply the actual health insurance they will be required to complete and submit most if not all of the ACA forms as the employer does not have all the data.
