For estimating purposes, we like to compare a historical job to a new project with regards to the number of hours spent to build a previous project that is similar to this new one. Labor rates can change over time but usually the number of hours do not. With hours you can then easily use your current rates as a cross check of your estimate.

If a report could be created like 6-1-4-21 with hours instead of cost, that would be helpful.
