Entering data into 7-1 is so much faster because the cost code is on one screen. There should be a way to copy over the descriptions and costs to the job cost screen in 4-2 or include a cost code column on the main screen for applicable accounts. It takes too much extra time to go back and forth between both screens to copy descriptions and dollar amounts.
