The software does not warn when the posting period does not match the check date. It would be good for a warning to pop up.

  • Agreed... that box seems to pop up everywhere else in the program, except for the really important ones - paycheques and T&M invoices.

  • Like it does with everything in accounts payable! I just asked for product enhancement to be able to change posting period in payroll easier in case you post to wrong period!

  • The reminder window also needs to state the month that matches the accounting period (for those customers who fiscal year end is not 12/31, this is crucial)!

  • All other modules have a warning pop up when the date does not match the posting period. Please correct this oversight in payroll module.
