Sage 100 Contractor: Create a way to delete multiple 1300 & 2600 sub-accounts, or have them automatically be removed at year end closing when a closed job is deleted

Our firm closes 300-400 jobs a year. But the subaccounts for 1300 & 2600 that are automatically created when a new job is added don’t get removed at year end when a closed job is removed. So I have to manually delete 600-800 sub-accounts every year and it is very very time consuming.
