When creating a takeoff, we oftentimes have line items that are crossed off but will be added back in again at a later time. Instead of deleting the grid and having to re-enter it again at a later time it would be very helpful if an item type such as "hold or pending" were created. The item type, once changed, would not flow through to the bid total, would not flow through to the budget or revised Proposal.

When the items are then approved, the item type could be changed to (4) Changes and issued as a Change Order.
