Need the ability to send emails from the address used in the Direct Deposit Email Settings. It currently is set to send using Outlook, but doesn't send from the address in the field. It currently is being sent from the email account of the user printing paychecks.

Then I believe you want to check the 3rd option to put in the senders email you want to use
Microsoft has shut down 3rd party use of their emails. So you will need to create a gmail account for direct deposit emails, and in Google you can check a box to allow 3rd party use
Sage 100 Contractor can use your Twilio account for automatic emails for Direct Deposits
