In 11-2 at the dispatch tab priority is defaulted to 3-prompt. This is a required field but why can't I choose to default to nothing which will cause the user to pick one from the drop down. I want all of my users to have to pick one from the drop down, so they can assign the work order to the correct one. This will make using the dispatch board easier on the unassigned side. Instead of having all work orders dropped into prompt. This makes having 8 options pointless if the user already has priority greyed out and can save without even having to look at it since it already has it filled out.
