I used to work with QuickBooks and it was easy to have long descriptions in order to make clear what my costumer gets.
it isn't as easy in Sage 100. I figured a way around it by using the "note" field. Which is a little bit of a pain but it works. The issue is that the "note" field cant be modified to a certain width in the report printing window and takes the entire width of the page and doesn't care about other columns like the amount.. This gives a very unprofessional look, in my opinion.
I did try to solve it with the help from customer service but I was told it is what it is.

To summarize: I would like to have an easy way to define the width of each field on my estimate to be able to resize the column.
