If someone uses the account drop down in purchase orders or work orders, the full drop down shows general ledger balances allowing the user to view data like year-to-date revenue and equity accounts regardless of the users security setup. We have gotten around this by setting up the account drop down and hiding columns when we set up a new user, but there is nothing to stop them from selecting unhide and seeing the information. Currently, we hope they do not know it is there. It is not driven by ledger permissions or based on supervisor setup, which I think it should be.
