After clicking the new button from within the 9-3 Assemblies form the assembly number is changed to the next available new assembly number. I believe that previous versions of the software allowed the user to enter the assembly number to be able to jump to a known assembly. This can be achieved by closing the 9-3 assemblies form, and selecting 9-3 assemblies from the main Sage 100 screen. However, if many assemblies with known assembly numbers need to be modified it is difficult to jump between them. Please change the form so that the assembly number can be entered into the record number field after the new button is pressed from within the form.
