When we do Contracts sub contractors are asked sometimes to create a Proposal because it the Job is a Bank Loan and requires 3 Contractors Proposal for additional work. We need to attach it to the Job maybe look at allowing only 3 Proposals per job as I have only done 1 per job and that is still only 30% of the time. We need to take the Proposal once it has been accepted and turn it into a Change Order for authorization of work then we can Invoice it from there etc... This is a VERY VERY useful tool if we can incorporate it. Thank you
