We do monthly, yearly and various other time frame services on equipment we install. We do not use service contracts. We have agreements with our customers that if prices on parts increase, those increases will get passed on to the customer. We have hundreds of these services and keeping track of them has been a nightmare. We'd like to use "repeat this record" while in 11-2 Work Orders. These repeated work orders may span a few years. As it is, if we were to use" repeat this record" option, if a price on a part goes up, we're stuck with the price on the original work order. We'd like the option to update pricing on all existing "repeat this Record" work orders.
