Enable a method of entering and tracking Paid Time off (PTO) in Sage 100 Contractor

  • Actually - I want to add a calculation to the employer side of the transaction that reduces the $ amount in the PTO account by the amount of hours taken. the accrual amount is a credit to the account 2250 the used amount should debit the same account and offset the credit to the opposite account. There should be no reason why we should have to track PTO used outside of this very sophisticated program, it should do the whole calculation.

  • ILLINOIS is requiring PAID TIME OFF FOR ANY REASON starting 01/01/2024. We will need a way to track PAID TIME EARNED (not sick or vacation) and PAID TIME DUE.
    We should not call it SICK or VACATION.

  • Why hasn't Aatrix provided a solution for this like they have for ACA reporting? This is mandated by the state. It's well over due.

  • Aatrix says that Sage needs to provide the field specifications to create reporting for PTO (ILLINOIS REQUIRES as of 1/1/2024) and other states probably as well, so we really need the reporting instead of having to create and manage a manual system.
