Certified Payroll Report 5-1-11 is now showing all open prevailing wage jobs instead of just jobs with work on the week of the payroll week ending date. (Until two weeks ago it only showed the jobs with work on the selected week.) Having the report bring up all open prevailing wage jobs gives me a list of 30-40 jobs, which I have to weed through because many have not started yet. To go through the list on the report, you have to click through several steps for each one to try to determine if there is any payroll and then close the form. This takes an incredible amount of extra time. Perhaps the Sage report could at least have an option to print out the list so that you could highlight the applicable jobs, and it would also be helpful to be able to view it in full screen mode.
I would really like the report changed back to only showing the jobs with payroll for the week indicated by the week ending date.

I agree with Amy's request. Showing ALL jobs and having to weed through them is a very timely process. If the report can't be changed to show just the jobs with payroll would it be possible to add an option to give the user the choice of viewing all jobs or just the jobs will time for the selected week ending?

This is definitely a big issue and has now made it very cumbersome and time consuming to run these payroll reports. I'm not sure if this is a bug or an intentional change, but I would like to see it go back to the old way as it was much more efficient. Or if they could add a couple of check boxes to chose "Jobs with Payroll" and one for "Jobs with No Payroll" as sometimes we have to run "No Work Performed" reports.
Perhaps the list could identify those with payroll and those that are no work
