Should be able to click on invoices at 3-2 and go to source (3-7) without having access to the General ledger 1-3 screen.


Besides the obvious security reasons ( ie: unless you hid debits and credits and payee) anyone who can get to the 1-3 screen can see payroll information because net payroll (even when posting in summary) shows on the 1-3 screen.


Currently need to give billing people access to the 1-3 screen to use the drill down feature to progress billings created at 3-7. Also once the year is closed, there is no general ledger transaction to drill down to so you need to get out and go search.
