Please add to the 5-2-1 employee records in the US edition a way to limit the maximum accrued sick time (not just the max current balance) for the year. Also please add a box that shows the year to date amount of sick that has been used.

AZ has passed a new law requiring a sick time accrual but allowing the employer to cap not only the accrual, but also the usage within a year. We need a way to stop the accrual once the max is reached, even if the employee uses some of the sick time.
Calif law requires 24 hrs per year be given and we can set the max to 24, however when the employee uses say 8 hrs. if we don't remember to go back and change the max to 16 (accounting for the usage) it will start accruing again back up to the 24. We need something set up so that the accrual max is 24 and then will automatically adjust the max when hours are used.

If the employee uses some sick time the software continues to add time until it maxes again.
ALSO, make the three required fields available to display on paycheck stubs.
Paid hours available, Paid hours used, paid leave $amount received.
When I contacted Sage in June they were not even aware of Arizona law change.
