You need to add another calculation for union employees with a % of gross pay, but only include regular, overtime, and double (premium) time. Your calculation takes in all of the gross and not just those 3. We have an additional pay that should not be included when calculating union dues or pension in the fringes. Your report for the unions does not include this extra pay, but your payroll calculations do. So, your payroll calculations do not calculate payroll correctly.

Since there is no ability to configure your own payroll calculations (unless manually which defeats the purpose of using a software to do the calculation for you), please add this payroll calculation. I can't believe that we are the only company with this problem.
