Keep terminated employees data and previous years history with current company so that you don't have to open an achieved company to retrieve employee history or data.

• As usual SAGE just ignores us. This idea that you have to archive the prior year's payroll is stupid and just creates more work. I have decided to move on from SAGE as I find their lack of customer service infuriating.
